Pathfinders International Shipping Co.,Ltd, is performing as SRPS/PMN/298 from DMA , ISO 9001:2015 from Bureau VERITAS (BV) , Company Registration No: 134483288 from DICA. And our Company is leading & well reputed Ship Manning Agent in Myanmar and planning to build to get more clients related shipping Companies with all over the world. We have started our glorious journey since August 2022 by supplying Myanmar seafarers towards the seas by keeping good performance.
Our mission is to provide Myanmar Qualified and Skillful Seafarer at international marine industry by ensuring to serve on board the ship with good performance and the professional growth of maritime talents. We prioritize the four pillars such as SOLAS, MARPOL,STCW and MLC including any other regulations and national regulations & compliances and ethical practices in all aspects of crew management, fostering a positive impact on the maritime industry and the communities we serve.
We serve the following activities as:
- Crewing management, including crew planning and rotation, crew processing, database management, engagement follow-up, payroll and contracts, travel arrangements, etc.
- Selecting the crew and recruiting the crew members and replacement arrangement, verifying and certificate arrangement.
- Planning and Implementing of pre-joining training and meeting, briefing with crew manning agency before joining onboard the ship.
- Training to ensure that our crew grow in skill and steadily generate more value for clients.
- Taking responsibilities and cooperating related crew matters.
